We hereby expressly point out that IT-NOW Bildungszentrum is generally not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
1. Registration and data protection
Registration for the "IT Administrator (IHK)" advanced training course is mandatory and binding. By registering, participants accept the following terms and conditions. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of participants is limited.
The processing of personal data is necessary to conduct the training. By registering, the participant agrees that the data submitted during the registration process will be processed and stored by the IT-NOW Training Center (sole proprietorship Amperino-Lysander Demartis) in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. This includes, in particular, communication with the participant and compliance with tax and funding regulations.
The rights to information, correction and deletion of data in accordance with the GDPR remain unaffected.
Terms and Conditions - IT-NOW-Education Center
2. Terms of payment
The course fee must be paid in full by the start of the training course at the latest. Payment in installments may be agreed upon in individual cases, but requires the prior written approval of the IT-NOW Training Center. In case of late payment, the entire outstanding amount becomes due immediately.
3. Withdrawal and cancellation
Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 30 days before the course start date. Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the course start date will incur a processing fee of €50. Cancellations made later than this date will require payment of the full course fee.
4. Course cancellation by participants
​If the participant discontinues the training, they are not entitled to a refund of any amounts already paid or to the retention of any outstanding installments. Registration remains binding even if they do not participate.
5. Cancellation by IT-NOW Education Center
​Should the training course or individual modules have to be canceled for organizational or other reasons, the IT-NOW Training Center undertakes to fully refund any course fees already paid. Further claims, in particular claims for damages, are excluded.
6. Changes in the process
​The IT-NOW Training Center reserves the right to make changes to the program as needed—for example, by using substitute instructors, adjusting content, or rescheduling dates and locations. Such changes do not entitle you to withdraw from the contract.
7. Liability
The IT-NOW Training Center is liable exclusively for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Further liability is excluded.
